Disability Human Right Welfare Organization (DHRWO) is a Non-Profit, Non-Political, Private Voluntary Organization registered by the Department of Social Services which got its registration in 2006. As per the approved constitution, the organization is working with BPDA to provide legal assistance along with assistance and guidance to rural, primary, paramedics, diploma trainees (who are not registered with BMDC) in realizing their rights. The organization has been working since its inception to provide legal assistance to people with disabilities and autism, health education, training programs. For the organization to deal with infectious diseases, disasters like covid-19 and public epidemics, the administration of medicines to prevent antibiotic resistance, steroid abuse and the use of telemedicine to improve the quality of primary care in accordance with the BMDC Act is coordinated with the administration to implement the referral system Article 4 of the organization According to sub-section 4, creation of entrepreneurship in the country with the aim of increasing the GDP rate of the country and increasing the efficiency of the country, improving the quality of primary medical services by contacting the registered institutions of ESDP and BIDA registered by the government of Bangladesh with the aim of health-education-technical training. It is working as a partnership organization with the institutions of BPDA to implement the community beige health improvement project as per the approved constitution of the Department of Social Services, including organizing and monitoring the training. Adequate number of GP centers. As a result, people are suffering from multifaceted sufferings without getting proper guidance at the grass root level in the medical system. In this situation, middle class families are going to the neighboring country India for treatment without having confidence in the country’s treatment. As a result, our country’s GDP growth and achievement of SDG targets are being partially hindered. BPDA has launched GP centers at divisional and district levels to provide better medical care to the middle class families of the country.

According to the preliminary report of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey of 2022, about 60 percent of people in Bangladesh still encounter a doctor or a pharmacy shopkeeper to get first aid. By reviewing this report, the number of primary, rural, paramedics and diploma trainees across the country is about 1050,000 to prevent the misuse of antibiotic steroids by 60 percent of people’s first aid providers and to introduce a referral system in order to provide proper treatment to the masses. According to the report of Disability Human Rights Welfare Organization, 1 city corporation of Rangpur division, 8 districts, 31 municipalities, 58 upazilas and 535 unions are providing primary medical services to about 1 lakh 40 thousand. All the institutions of BPDA, partner organizations are working in coordination with the plan to provide 60 percent of people with treatment received by BMDC registration doctors to provide training on the use of telemedicine to provide training on the use of telemedicine. .
In every section of the country, including Rangpur, many common people in the country initially suffer due to the lack of proper referral system, and then due to the lack of sufficient specialist doctors and other facilities at the upazila and district levels, many people in the country, including Rangpur, suffer from complex diseases. He comes to the departmental city for treatment. It is famous all over the country as a treatment city and has gained trust among the common people. As a result of some problems, the common people are being deprived of good treatment in all the divisional cities of the country, including Rangpur, due to the clutches of some unscrupulous people and not going to the specialist doctors in various ways with financial losses. In order to prevent all these difficulties of the common man, BPDA has set up GP centers in its own plan and in order to provide proper medical care to the patients, contract work is going on with privately run hospitals, clinics, diagnostic institutions providing quality services. A pilot project in this regard has been started in Rangpur city first.
BPDA is signing MoUs and agreements with non-governmental health care providers at department, district and upazila levels across the country for the purpose of providing patient services. “World’s First Established Filaria Hospital” Syedpur Filaria & General Hospital & Lab is a subsidiary of Health Education Training & Technology Limited.
