To engage in telemedicine requires paying the prescribed fee and receiving training and user certification. Besides, Rs.1000/- should be paid for service charges by 05th of every month. If any user fails to pay the fee by 05th of the month then he can pay the service charge by 10th of the month along with late fee of 50/-. However, if any user fails to pay the service charge within the 10th of the month, he must pay the service charge within the 15th of that month and also pay the advance of Rs.1000/- for the next month. Otherwise the user’s connection will be automatically terminated and the organization will not bear any legal and financial liability of the user.
Furthermore if telemedicine guidelines are not followed by BMDC July 2020, BPDA does not pay telemedicine fee on time, irregular. User will be disconnected if connected to telemedicine.
