Initiative is a general term. A person who moves forward with effort in something new is generally called an entrepreneur. Establishing a school, introducing college shift in schools, organizing cricket tournaments in the area, opening chain points of mobile banking in village markets, opening beauty parlors in mohallas – these are all examples of initiatives. Efforts to settle disputes between the two parties, attempts to establish political compromises, execution of international agreements are also included in the scope of initiatives. The part of the enterprise which is involved in business is business enterprise. A business entrepreneur is a person who starts a new business by identifying new areas of potential, necessary materials, taking risks in the hope of profit and growth. The entrepreneur is not a simple businessman, nor a professional manager; Rather more than that. Entrepreneurs prefer to take risks by exploring new areas of potential, creating more jobs on their own rather than being employed by others. Entrepreneurs start small, but their thinking is not limited to the small scale; Build a new business or industry. Entrepreneurs have a strong desire to achieve success in their thoughts and dreams. People of such entrepreneurial class are a great asset of any country. Likewise, BPDA has been doing organizational work with registration from ESDP, a project of initiative creation and skill development, managed by the Prime Minister’s Office of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, by bringing those who are known as doctors of the neglected population (not included in the registration of BMDC) to a platform.
