All districts and upazilas of the country (medical) rural, primary, paramedics, diploma trainees who have professional training certificate with minimum SSC pass and working in private hospitals, clinics and diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies can become members of BPDA. In this case, one can apply to become a member by filling the prescribed form of BPDA worth 100 taka. If the application is approved, the membership can be obtained by submitting the admission fee of Tk. Photocopy of training certificate, photocopy of national identity card, 06 copies of passport size photograph and 2 copies of passport size photograph of the nominee should be provided along with the application. 500/- (Five Hundred) annual renewal fee and 700/- (Seven Hundred) rupees for development fee after three years after membership.
B. The admission form given on the website can be downloaded and filled. In that case the candidate has to send Tk 100/- (one hundred) regarding the form to the development number given on the website and confirm through SMS with the transaction ID on the same number.
