Training Needs for Entrepreneurship and Skill Development in Health Sector:

In our country, there is no reliable government institution to provide training in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic and primary care services. However, if they are legally trained and monitored after the training, they will be free from legal harassment and will be able to live with their heads held high in the society. Job seekers are entering the labor market at twice the rate of the number of jobs being created in the public and private sectors every year in our country, as a result of which it is not possible to provide them with employment. By providing training to these unemployed youths, a successful entrepreneur will help to achieve the SDG target within the stipulated time and keep the GDP growth rate in double digits consistently. And providing them with safe workplaces will increase government revenue. If job aspirants take this training and become entrepreneurs, then on the one hand they will be able to earn their own income and at the same time, it will be possible to eliminate unemployment by creating jobs for the unemployed population through the creation of businesses/institutions.
